This idea came to mind when the riots in London occurred. While many people may agree with this or not a main cause of it was due to the fact that the government and elders were silencing the youth. So in this design the child represents the youth. the covering of her mouth and the censorship sign is significant to the government silencing the youth. Enjoy!
